Founded by Linh and David, Lida Safety Research is dedicated to getting people into the AI safety field and advancing AI safety research. We have a particular focus on the Southeast Asian and East Asian regions.

David Williams-King
CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David is an AI safety researcher, who has spent time at Mila and Cambridge. David enjoys mentoring through programs like the AI security bootcamp and Athena. He speaks some Japanese.

Linh Le (Thai Linh)
CO-FOUNDER, RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Linh is a researcher at Mila, the Quebec AI Institute in Montreal. Linh wants to build a community of researchers in AI safety. She is from Vietnam.
